Appointments can be booked online (on our website/partners App) or at the studio. To secure an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee/deposit will be required at the time of booking. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment after the procedure. You will be given an opportunity to reschedule your appointment free of charge 24h before your appointment.
Patch Test Requirements
Lash Extension Treatments - You do not need a patch test for eyelash extensions. Patch test is offered to every client and we strongly recommend booking a patch test/consultation especially if you never had lash extensions before. Patch test must be done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Lash and Brow Lift Treatments - All new clients require a patch test no less than 48 hours prior to your appointment. A patch test is still required if you had a lash lift and tint previously elsewhere.
*Tint requires a 24/48h patch test on its own or as part of a treatment
Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you do not develop a reaction to the products further down the line. It is possible that you can have no reaction to a Patch Test but then go on to react to a product during or after your treatment.
Cancellation and rescheduling policy
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or 'no show' you will be expected to pay the remaining balance of your appointment cost. No new bookings will be taken until this balance is paid. We recommend our clients to always book online via our website/or App as we might miss your email/call and the easiest way to reschedule or cancel your appointment is to do it via website/or App. If you cancel appointments with less of 24 hours notice you will only lose the booking fee. By making booking with your credit card or bank card, you agree that if you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice or "no show" to your agreed appointment time, you authorise Beauty Escape London LTD to charge your credit or debit card without further reference from 50% up to 100% of full treatment price.
Arrivals and late arrivals
Being late more than 15 minutes might result in appointment cancellation and loss of booking fee. We cannot always accommodate clients being late, so if we still go ahead with the appointment your time will remain the same without extending it. By being late to your appointment you have agreed and was informed that most likely you will not get a full coverage and that we will spend with you only the remaining time of your appointment.
If you arrive early to your appointment you are welcome to wait in the launch and we cannot guarantee that we can start your appointment before time reserved.
Disrespectful or offensive behaviour will lean to ban of the salon. We will not tolerate any discrimination in the salon or towards the therapist.
Attending the appointment
At Beauty Escape London LTD we guarantee the quality of products and services we perform. We explain the importance of you following the aftercare to comply with our Guarantee Policy.
Please get in touch with us within 72h after the procedure if retention occurs. We will check and fix them if you comply with our Guarantee.
Marketing and Reviews
From time to time, we may contact you via email or Text marketing campaigns that are automated and used base on the services and products purchased and information we collect from you. For example, we may send marketing campaigns related to your birthday, or other special times like Christmas.
After visiting us we may send you an email or Text asking you to review our services and provide us with valuable feedback.
We only collect certain information to provide you with our services and retail products and at any time, you may request a copy of the information we have recorded about you.
