Beauty Escape London is a luxury studio, which is open by appointment only.

Booking Policy


Appointments can be booked online (on our website/partners App) or at the studio. To secure an appointment, a non-refundable booking fee/deposit will be required at the time of booking.  The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment after the procedure. You will be given an opportunity to reschedule your appointment free of charge 24h before your appointment. 


Patch Test Requirements

Lash Extension Treatments - A patch test for eyelash extensions is not obligatory, but we highly encourage scheduling a patch test and consultation, especially if it is your first experience with lash extensions. To ensure your safety, the patch test should be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your well-being is our priority.

Lash and Brow Lift Treatments - Prioritizing the safety of our new clients, we require a patch test scheduled at least 48 hours before your appointment. Even if you have had a lash lift and tint elsewhere, we require this test to ensure your well-being and deliver the best possible experience during your visit. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities.

*Tint requires a 24/48h patch test on its own or as part of a treatment

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you do not develop a reaction to the products further down the line. It is possible that you can have no reaction to a Patch Test but then go on to react to a product during or after your treatment.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or 'no show' you will be expected to pay the remaining balance of your appointment cost. Prior to scheduling new appointments, please settle any outstanding balances. For optimal communication, we recommend booking online via our website or app to avoid potential missed emails or calls. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur the loss of the booking fee. By confirming a booking with your credit or debit card, you authorize Beauty Escape London LTD to charge 50% to 100% of the full treatment price in the event of cancellations or "no-shows" within 24 hours of the agreed appointment time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in ensuring a smooth booking process.

Arrivals and late arrivals

Failure to arrive within 20 minutes of the scheduled time may result in appointment cancellation and the loss of the booking fee. While we strive to accommodate, lateness may limit the time allotted for your service. If the appointment proceeds, your scheduled time remains unchanged. By arriving late, you acknowledge the potential for incomplete coverage, as we utilize the remaining time. For early arrivals, waiting in the lounge is encouraged; however, starting your appointment before the reserved time is not guaranteed.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for disrespect and discrimination, both within the salon and towards our staff. Your cooperation in maintaining a respectful and inclusive environment is expected and appreciated.

Attending the appointment

  • Please remove all make-up around your eye area prior to the appointment.

  • When booking infills please ensure that you have at least 40-50% remaining eyelashes. If it has been longer than 4 weeks since your last appointment, please book a full set.

  • We do not offer infills from other salons - kindly book a removal and a new set.

  • When book Lash/Brow lift as a New client 24h Patch test is mandatory 

  • We kindly request to respect our “No-children” policy. 

  • We kindly request to respect our “No-pets” policy. 

Guarantee

At Beauty Escape London LTD, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. Ensuring the longevity of your results is crucial, and we emphasize the significance of adhering to our aftercare guidelines as outlined in our Guarantee Policy. If any retention issues arise within 72 hours post-procedure, please contact us promptly. We will assess and address the situation to uphold our commitment to your satisfaction, provided that you have followed our aftercare instructions. Your contentment is our priority.

Periodically, we may reach out to you through email or text for automated marketing campaigns tailored to the services and products you have purchased, utilizing information we have gathered. This could include special occasions like birthdays or holidays such as Christmas. Additionally, following your visit, we may send an email or text requesting your feedback through a review of our services. Your insights are valuable to us, and we appreciate your participation in enhancing our offerings.
